AGLIO E OLIO PASTA


Ingredients

  • 200 gm NUTARO pasta

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp garlic

  • 1 cup (8-10) button mushrooms

  • 1 cup broccoli

  • 1 tbsp chili flakes

  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • Processed cheese (optional)


Preparation

  • Boil 200 gm NUTARO pasta as per instructions on the box and sprinkle it with 1-2 tsp oil to prevent it from sticking.

  • Finely chop garlic.

  • Chop button mushrooms and broccoli.


Method

  • Add oil in a pan ( preferably non stick ).

  • Add butter and heat it.

  • Add garlic, button mushrooms and broccoli and cook them for 5 minutes.

  • Sprinkle chili flakes.

  • Add boiled NUTARO pasta.

  • Mix well. Note do not mix too vigorously as it can break pasta.

  • Add mixed herbs, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Add some grated processed cheese on top.

  • Give it a final mix and serve hot.
